Return Period & Eligibility
• You have 14 calendar days from the delivery date to request a return.
• Items must be unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging.
• You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
How to Request a Return
• Email us at merch@jayeshnainani.com within 14 days of delivery.
• Include your order number and reason for return.
• For damaged or wrong items, please attach photos within 48 hours of receipt.
Return Shipping Costs
• Damaged or Incorrect Items: We cover return shipping in full. Once your return is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and instructions.
• Other Reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong size): You are responsible for return shipping costs. After approval, pack the item securely and ship it to:
Jayesh Nainani, Industrial Area, Ghadi Chowk, Dhamtari, Chhattisgarh, PIN: 493773 (Include your order number inside the package.)
• If you send a return without approval or without following these steps, we may refuse the package or deduct extra costs from your refund.
Inspection & Refund
• We inspect returns within 3 business days of arrival.
• If approved, we refund the product price to your original payment method within 10 business days of inspection. Bank processing may add a few days.
• If the item shows signs of wear, missing tags, or any condition outside our policy, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund or reject the return.
Exchanges
• We do not process direct exchanges. To get a different size or item, return your original item for a refund and place a new order once refund is confirmed.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Right
• EU customers also have a 14-day right to cancel or return for any reason.
• Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are borne by the customer.
• If the item is damaged or incorrect, we cover return shipping as above.
