Shipping policy

1. Order Processing
• Processing time
• Orders placed before 3 PM IST on business days are usually processed the same day or within one business day.
• Orders placed after 3 PM IST, or on weekends/holidays, are processed within two business days.
• Order confirmation
• After we process your order, you’ll receive an email with your order details and estimated shipping date.
2. Domestic Shipping
• Shipping partners
• We use reliable carriers such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, India Post, Ecom Express, etc., to deliver your order securely.
• Delivery estimates
• Metro/major cities: 3–5 business days
• Tier 2 cities/towns: 4–7 business days
• Remote areas: up to 10 business days
• These are estimates; actual times may vary due to weather, traffic, or other factors.
• Shipping Charges
• Free Shipping: We currently offer free standard shipping on all orders within India. No shipping fees will be added at checkout.
• Future Updates: Should we introduce any shipping fees or express surcharges later, we will clearly note those changes here.
3. International Shipping
• Currently, we primarily serve customers in India. If you need international shipping, please email us at merch@jayeshnainani.com with your address details.
• We will confirm whether we can ship to your location, the shipping rate and estimated delivery time.
• International customers are responsible for any import taxes or duties.
4. Tracking Your Order
• After your order ships, you’ll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track online.
• If you don’t see the email within 2 business days of ordering, check your spam folder or contact us.
• You can track on the carrier’s website using the provided tracking number.
5. Shipping Issues and Damaged Items
• Delayed deliveries
• If your package is delayed beyond the estimated window, email merch@jayeshnainani.com with your order number. We’ll check with the courier and update you.
• Note that factors like weather, strikes, or customs can cause delays.
• Damaged or missing items
• Inspect your order upon receipt. We recommend you record a short video while opening the package to document its condition—this helps resolve any damage or missing-items claims.
• If you find damage or missing parts, take photos and email us within 48 hours of delivery with subject line “Damaged Order #[YourOrderNumber]”.
• We will guide you on replacement or refund according to our Return & Refund Policy.
6. Shipping Restrictions
• PO Boxes and remote addresses
• We deliver to most valid addresses in India. PO Boxes or very remote PIN codes may not be serviceable or may take longer.
• If we cannot ship to your address, we’ll ask you to provide an alternate address.
• Holiday delays
• During major festivals or peak seasons (e.g., Diwali period, year-end holidays), expect possible delays. Please order in advance when possible.
